At Blue Sky Wellness we believe every patient should have a personalized, one-on-one therapy session in order to restore function and eliminate pain. Each patient’s 80-minute evaluation includes a full assessment
of posture, skeletal alignment, strength, range of motion, quality of muscle recruitment and scar tissue or adhesions. Visceral and pelvic assessments are performed as appropriate, based on your condition. 
One-on-one follow up sessions are 50 minutes with various manual, exercise and behavioral based treatments with a home program tailored specifically to your needs.

An interdisciplinary approach is embraced at Blue Sky Wellness with thorough communication with your provider. Dr. Adams works with your primary care physician, orthopedist, urologist, urogynecologist, gynecologist, orthopedist, pain management specialist, acupuncturist, massage therapist, psychologist, social worker or any other provider that plays a role in your care.

Dr. Adams is active within the community speaking at Fit4Mom groups and Women’s Health Expos, performing posture screens and pre- and postpartum screening. She also teaches physical therapy students in the clinic as well as at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
