Erica Adams PT, DPT, CKTP, GTS has been practicing physical therapy for over 14 years. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2008 and began her career at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with a focus on pelvic health.
Dr. Adams specializes in pelvic (women’s and men’s) health and also enjoys treating orthopedic and neurologic patient populations. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2005 and is a member of the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. She holds a certification in Pelvic Physical Therapy from the APTA, and is both Graston Technique and Kinesiotaping certified. Dr. Adams has pending certifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Health with the APTA. She is highly trained in Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute and Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and two sons as well as exercising, traveling, and cooking.
